The NTLH is a revision of the Bible in Today's Language, released in 1988. The version was developed by the Translation Commission of the Biblical Society of Brazil, in a process that took 12 years of research, seeking to keep the text with a meaning closer to the original texts – Hebrew, Aramaic and Greek.
